At Paoletti Guitars we have always been dedicated to creating high-quality instruments that push the boundaries of design and sound. Our passion for craftsmanship has been with us since 2008, and today, we are proud to introduce our new standard as of 2025!
On board of this Alfa Firegold is featured the result of years of hard work, collecting feedback from musicians worldwide, and constantly improving our designs. This piece is just a glimpse into a whole new world of possibilities you can now have on board of your own unique Paoletti.
What’s New? A Lot!
NEW BODY OPTION — CHAMBERED
This Alfa Firegold comes packed with new features that will take your playing to the next level. Let’s start with the body. Made from our signature chestnut wood, the Alfa Firegold features our new chambered design. If you are a fan of the rich sound of our Lounge series, while longing for the bold look of the Loft, now you can have both! The hidden tonal chambers inside are not only providing more depth and richness to the sound — they also allow a lighter weight by around 0.5kg, making such a guitar more comfortable to play for long jam sessions.
NEW NECK — FOR SMART SETUP
The neck of this Alfa Firegold is designed for a comfortable playing. It’s made from Canadina roasted maple with a Pau Ferro fretboard, offering a smooth playing experience and rich, dynamic bright tone. The Tuscany olive wood inlays give it a unique and elegant look, contributing to make this a plastic-free model!
All Paolettis, starting from 2025, feature a top-mounted truss rod adjustment allowing you to adjust the neck without having to remove the neck. This new feature is now included in all Paoletti guitars, making setup faster and simpler than ever before.
The headstock has been re-shaped in occasion of the big upgrade, for a unique overall look, that will let your guitars stand out from the crowd.
NEW BACKPLATE — FOR QUICK ACCESS
We have been thinking about how to deliver guitars not only excellent for their materials, manufacture and style, but also for their playability and ease of use in any circumstance. On every Paoletti, the new body backplate has been carved to allow you to quickly adjust the floating bridge, so you can get it ready in no time! Stadio to studio, now you are covered, especially for the rush of live performances.
NEW PICKUPS — VINTAGE LOOK, NOVEL SOUND
At the heart of this Alfa Firegold is its versatile pickup configuration, voicing our reclaimed chestnut. It has Alnico 2 single-coil pickups with vintage plain enamel wire, giving you that classic, clear tone that brings out details in every note, where as the Alnico V humbucker in the bridge adds power and warmth when you need it.
The real magic happens with the optional coil blender — simply turn the 500K potentiometer, and you can switch from a single-coil to a full humbucker sound. With an output of 16K Ohm, that pickup offers a wide range of sounds, from clear and bright to powerful and punchy.
Among the many premium components, this guitar features a vintage paper-oil capacitor.
NEW APPROACH ON ELECTRONICS — FOR FULL CONTROL
This Alfa Firegold is equipped with easy-to-use electronics that give you full control over your sound. The push-pull switch allows you to choose from five different combinations, so move from the standard 5 way position to this in just a pull:
1) Neck / Middle / Bridge – A full, balanced sound perfect for any style.
2) Neck / Bridge – Great for bluesy, smooth tones.
3) Middle – The pure sound of a single-coil Alnico 2 pickup.
4) Neck / Bridge – same as 1 for Maximum speed change
5) Neck / Middle / Bridge – same as 1 for Maximum flexibility for any musical style.
These settings allow you to easily switch between different sounds, giving you a wide range of tones for every playing situation.

The Firegold is one of the new 2025 colors from our palette. It is an example of our multilayer one-of-a-kind painting technique.
It’s not a relic job or a distressed look; instead, it’s a carefully crafted blend of multiple paint layers, combined to create depth and richness. Each layer is applied with precision, capturing the essence of traditional Italian artistry while adding a contemporary flair. The result is a finish that tells its own story — vivid and unmistakably unique. This is not just a color; it’s a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, elevating your guitar into a work of art.
The Firegold color here even reaches new depths with the Inferno finish — a striking touch that unveils a roaring interplay of hues beneath the intricate chestnut grain. This unique effect reveals a vivid explosion of colors as the texture of chestnut wood shines through all 5 layers, bottom-up. The Inferno finish is now available for any 4- or 5-layered color, adding a bold, dramatic flair to your instruments.
